The Tapping Solution DVD Review

I had been waiting for this DVD to arrive because I had attended and listened to every presentation at the Tapping World Summit 2012 and was blown away by what was being taught to so many people free of charge.  Nick and Jessica Ortner have done an amazing job in this movie and it is definitely a must have in every household.

If you have never heard of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) then I will give you a quick heads up on what it is all about below:

·    E.F.T., otherwise known as Tapping or Meridian Tapping, is a combination of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology. It was developed originally by Roger Callahan in the 1980's and modified and expanded upon by Gary Craig. Personally for me, whilst watching this DVD it brought up emotions in me that had long been hidden away and I could feel myself wanting to get lighter from the heavy load of childhood memories that had been holding me down without me actually being consciously aware of them.  Since watching this DVD I have been tapping on a daily basis and can really notice and feel a difference in my character as I bring more joy into my world.

This DVD is one that should be shared with everyone.  You can enjoy it with your own family, your friends, and colleagues and see how they can all make a difference in their own lives.  I have been showing my young children how to tap on their tiny little problems and I can already see how powerful this would be for them as they grow up and can tap away all of the stresses and strains of the day straight away instead of being worried about how their life is evolving.
